We're looking for an email marketing specialist to help us elevate our customer communication and nurture our ever growing client base.

We are seeking someone who can run the entire email marketing function from start to finish.

Your responsibilities:
- Set up and manage our email marketing platform (e.g Mailchimp, Zoho, Klaviyo - open to your recommendation)
- Create engaging, brand aligned email content (I can help with this)
- Design professional email layouts and graphics that match our brand style and feel
- Build automated nurture journeys, welcome flows, seasonal campaigns, business updates etc.
- Maintain and segment our client lists to maximise relevance and performance
- Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise campaigns for higher engagement and conversions
- Ensure all communications feel friendly, trustworthy and relationship driven.

Who we're looking for:
- Have proven experience in email marketing, content creation, and design
- Know how to build automated workflows and segmentation
- Have strong copywriting skills and can match brand tone
- Are confident creating your own graphics, layouts, headers, templates
- Understand customer retention and nurturing strategies
- Work independently and can manage ongoing monthly campaigns
- Have an eye for clean, modern design
- Are reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

Bonus points if you’ve worked with trade or service-based businesses
