Who We’re Looking For
You take initiative and don’t need constant supervision
You solve problems and figure things out on your own
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, SEO, and product listings is a big plus
Fast learner, comfortable with online tools and spreadsheets
Strong written and spoken English

Main Responsibilities
Customer service (email/chat/social)
Social media management and engagement

You may also support:
Amazon Seller Central tasks, Inventory Management, and other e-Commerce projects.
