Virtual Assistant

About the role: We're seeking a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to support multiple business ventures and social media operations. This is a part-time position with strong potential to grow into a full-time role and advance into higher-level responsibilities for the right candidate.

Requirements
FLUENT in English (excellent written and verbal communication required)
Strong social media knowledge, especially short-form video platforms
Creative writing skills with ability to adapt voice and style
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and professional work environment

Primary Responsibilities
Content Research & Creation (Main Focus - 60-70% of role)
Research competitors and trending content in the sales, business, and mindset niche across social platforms
Analyze high-performing content and identify trends that align with our brand
Write 10+ short-form video scripts per month (30-60 seconds each) based on successful formats and trending topics
Edit filmed content following brand guidelines and style examples
Schedule and post content across social media platforms
Track content performance and adapt strategy accordingly

Outreach & Networking (20-30% of role)
Research and compile lists of podcast hosts/brand partnerships in relevant niches
Send personalized DMs/emails to hosts/brands using provided templates/scripts
Maintain and update Google Sheets with contact information and outreach status
Report on outreach results and response rates

General Business Support (10-20% of role)
Assist with various administrative tasks across two business ventures
Other tasks as needed to support business growth

Preferred Skills
Experience with content creation or social media management
Familiarity with sales, business, or personal development content
Experience with outreach campaigns or lead generation
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
