We are growing rapidly and looking for a heart-centered, tech-savvy marketing assistant who wants to support meaningful work and help bring these offerings to a global audience.

???? THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated Online Sales + Marketing Assistant to help promote our courses, videos, and products on ---------- through soulful, strategic, and consistent digital marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:
Content creation & scheduling (IG, FB, TikTok optional)
• Sales + marketing support, including messaging, funnels, and outreach
• Email marketing (writing, scheduling, automation)
• Course and product uploads to the website
• Light graphic design using Canva
• Repurposing content (quotes, clips, graphics, short videos)
• Customer support and light admin tasks
• Tracking engagement + basic analytics
• Helping increase visibility and sales across platforms

This role is perfect for someone with a blend of creativity, organization, and genuine passion for wellness, spirituality, or healing arts.

???? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A person who is:
• Excellent in English (writing + communication)
• Experience in digital marketing, course platforms, funnels, or online sales
• Familiar with WordPress, Kajabi, ConvertKit, or similar tools
• Skilled with Canva, Reels editing, or basic video editing
• Highly organized, consistent, and self-motivated
• Able to learn and embody brand voice + energy
• Comfortable with spiritual, somatic, and wellness concepts
• Loyal, honest, reliable, and eager to grow with the brand

• 10–20 hours per week to start
• Flexible schedule
• $10/hour starting rate
