AI Automation & Dashboard Engineer (Lovable Platform)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation & Dashboard Engineer who specializes in building systems within Lovable. The ideal candidate can translate complex operational processes into streamlined workflows, automations, and dashboards that improve visibility, reporting, and execution across multiple functions.

This role involves designing scalable tools that integrate data, support internal teams, and automate recurring tasks with precision and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Build custom dashboards to track operations, workflow status, brand or project progress, KPIs, and other internal metrics.
- Develop Lovable workflows that automate repetitive tasks, structure data, and streamline internal processes.
- Integrate data sources (Google Sheets, APIs, CRMs, and third-party tools) into Lovable systems.
- Create AI-driven assistants to support operational decision-making, documentation, compliance tracking, and communication.
- Improve existing tools, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system scalability.
- Document processes and provide clear instructions for team use.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Lovable or comparable automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable Automations, etc.).
- Ability to build structured datasets, schema logic, and well-organized workflows.
- Proficient with Google Sheets, formulas, and data manipulation.
- Ability to understand operational needs and convert them into actionable system components.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication, timely delivery, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Familiarity with e-commerce workflows (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.).
- Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or process automation for operations teams.
