Amazon E-Bike Accessories VA – Product Research, Supplier Sourcing & Listing Expert

I’m launching an Amazon store in the E-Bike Accessories niche (Australia market) and I’m hiring a highly skilled, experienced and reliable Amazon VA who can handle end-to-end product research and product launches with minimal supervision.

I am NOT looking to train someone from scratch.
You MUST already know how Amazon Seller Central works.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Product Research – E-Bike Accessories
• Find high-demand, low-competition e-bike accessories.
• Research examples: GPS anti-theft trackers, battery bags, phone mounts, LED safety gear.
• Create product research sheets including:
• Estimated sales
• Competitor analysis
• BSR
• Keyword opportunities
• Pricing
• Profit margins
• Market gaps
• Supplier options

2. Supplier Sourcing
• Source suppliers on Alibaba / 1688 / Made-in-China.
• Compare:
• Price
• MOQ
• Custom branding
• Shipping times
• Prepare quote comparison sheets.
• Recommend the best supplier based on quality + margin.

3. Listing Creation & Optimisation
• Create high-converting Amazon listings:
• Titles
• Bullets
• Descriptions
• Backend keywords
• Prepare image briefs + edit simple images in Canva.
• Upload listings into Amazon Seller Central correctly.

4. Competitor Analysis
• Analyse the top 10 competitors for each product.
• Identify:
• Weaknesses in reviews
• Missing features
• Pricing strategy
• Image gaps
• Suggest improvements for our version.

5. Launch Support
• Assist with basic PPC setup.
• Monitor ranking + performance.
• Adjust listings when required.
• Prepare weekly progress reports.

6. Weekly Reporting

Every week you will submit:
• Product research summary
• Supplier quotes
• Listing status updates
• Sales insights (if applicable)
• Problems + solutions
• Recommendations

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• 1–2+ YEARS Amazon FBA experience
• Strong product research skills
• Strong English writing
• Experience creating Amazon listings
• Supplier sourcing experience
• Keyword research tools experience
• Competitor analysis
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• Reliable, proactive and fast communicator

Bonus (not required but preferred):
• Experience with e-bike / cycling products
• Experience with Canva
• Experience with PPC
• Experience with AU marketplace
