Web Designer Great at Aesthetics

We are looking for someone with experience posting SEO content onto websites. For this role we are prioritizing someone who knows when things look bad and can come up with ideas to fix it.

We need someone who goes beyond just posting content or following a template. We need someone with an eye for what looks good and does the extra effort - without taking forever. We need clever decision-making like creating or finding the right icon, selecting the right photo from the client portfolio, even coming up with transition graphics, background graphics, or other visuals that compliment the site and make it better for users.



Requirements:
You must have experience working in Wordpress. Ideally some experience in Gutenburg or an equivalent site builder.

You must have an eye for aesthetics - Submit a portfolio of sites you built so we can see.

You must be able to match the customers preferred design package, making independent decisions that are very likely to be approved independently and without supervision.

You must be able to complete your work in a rationale amount of time. Less than an hour for blogs. A couple hours for the first service page, much less for each subsequent service page.

You must have strong English - both written and spoken.

You must be able to work Pacific Time hours.
