JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Marketing & Administrative Support VA to help manage social media content, GoHighLevel automations, digital marketing tasks, and real estate listing updates. This is a long-term role for someone organized, creative, and tech-savvy. You will be joining a small team of VAs who support a Real Estate Agent Business and Coaching Business. Graveyard shift based upon US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities
Social Media Management

Format, schedule, and publish content on FB, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads

Write captions + repurpose Reels ? Carousel ? Static ? Email content

Schedule posts using GoHighLevel & Meta Business Suite

Create thumbnails + organize YouTube playlists

Implement Meta Business Suite ad strategies

Marketing & Design Support

Create graphics using Canva templates (flyers, brochures, newsletters, social posts)

Update listing marketing materials

Assist with content calendar execution

GoHighLevel Support

Implement automations and workflows

Update landing pages, funnel pages, and website pages

Manage email broadcasts and nurture sequences

Update contact tags, notes, pipelines

Notion Workspace Management

Update tasks, content calendars, and project workflows

Assist with organizing digital assets

Requirements
Strong English writing skills

Experience with GoHighLevel and Meta Business Suite

Canva design skills (using templates)

Social media scheduling experience

Ability to work independently + meet deadlines

Tech-savvy, organized, fast learner
