MANAGER

Recruiting Team Lead to build and manage a high-performing team of recruiters focused on attracting top talent in the Philippines. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to support our growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:
•Build, train, and manage a team of recruiters.
•Experience in recruitment, sales Marketing, or online operations preferred.
•Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
•Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
•Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR.
•Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
•Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
