As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated professionals with U.S. healthcare experience, especially those familiar with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) industry standards and workflows.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified healthcare candidates to support our ABA and healthcare clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring clinics are staffed with the right professionals who align with compliance and performance expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in U.S. healthcare recruiting.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for healthcare and ABA-related roles
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability based on role requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients
Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking systems
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective candidates
Ensure all documentation and credential checks are properly initiated and handed off to HR
Assist with onboarding coordination for selected candidates
Collaborate with internal teams to improve candidate placement speed and quality

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of U.S. healthcare experience (required)
Recruitment or staffing experience in healthcare (preferred)
ABA industry exposure or knowledge is a plus
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
Familiarity with ATS or healthcare software (CentralReach, TherapyNotes, SimplePractice, etc.) is a plus
