???? What You’ll Do

Build and manage outreach systems

Run cold email & LinkedIn outbound campaigns

Create scripts, sequences, and messaging

Manage and train our SDR

Build targeted lead lists (colleges + ecom founders)

Handle all outbound replies & book qualified meetings

Maintain CRM & pipeline

Report weekly KPIs

Work directly with the Founder

???? What We’re Looking For

2+ years in outbound sales or SDR/BDR roles

Experience booking meetings for agencies (bonus)

Strong English communication

Mastery of cold email & LinkedIn outreach

Comfortable managing SDRs

KPI-driven, organized, and fast-moving

Experience with tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Expandi, Apollo, Clay (bonus)

Understanding of digital marketing or ecom industries is a PLUS
