We are hiring 2–5 outbound callers from the Philippines to work on a U.S.-based campaign helping restaurant and bar owners access a federal payroll credit.
This is a simple calling job with an easy script and high-volume activity.
Your responsibilities:
Make outbound calls (auto-dialer provided)
Use a very simple script
Qualify restaurant owners
Live transfer interested owners to our specialist
Set appointments ONLY when a transfer is not possible
Follow compliance guidelines (no IRS talk, no tax claims, no guarantees)
Maintain 3–5 qualified appointments per day
Fill out a daily reporting form
Add notes for each conversation

Excellent spoken English
Quiet workspace
Wired internet (or reliable fiber)
Comfortable working U.S. hours (graveyard shift PH time)
Experience with U.S. outbound calling is a plus
Experience with warm transfers or appointment setting is a major plus
Ability to follow a script exactly
Comfortable with repetitive high-volume calling
