GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation & CRM Specialist

I’m looking for a GoHighLevel specialist to help build out the backend systems for a leadership and business consulting brand. This is NOT a basic VA role. I need someone who deeply understands GHL automation, workflows, pipelines, triggers, and CRM structure.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building pipelines (lead ? audit ? suite ? onboarding ? retention)

Setting up workflows, automation, and trigger logic

Setting up the AI assistant (Chat widget + conversations)

Creating booking calendars and scheduling flows

Building forms, surveys, and intake systems

Creating the Legacy Audit funnel and onboarding steps

Setting up tagging, segmentation, and follow-up logic

Testing all workflows and ensuring smooth automation

Cleaning and organizing the GHL workspace using proper naming conventions

Required Skills:

Proven GoHighLevel experience

Ability to build workflows from scratch

Strong logic and CRM understanding

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Ability to follow instructions clearly

Fast communication and reliability

Must provide a Loom video showing your past GHL work
