???? THE ROLE

We're hiring an Amazon Operations & Brand Manager to own day-to-day marketplace operations for multiple toy and game brands. This is a hands-on, operations-heavy role focused on:

? Brand Protection – Hunt down hijackers, remove unauthorized sellers, protect IP
? Account Health – Keep all accounts clean, compliant, and performing
? Content Optimization – Improve titles, bullets, A+, images, and storefront content
? PPC & Advertising – Support campaign setup, optimization, and TACOS improvement
? Listing Operations – Maintain listing quality, fix suppressions, manage catalog
? Reporting & Analysis – Track metrics, identify trends, report on performance

You'll split your time equally across these areas. Currently 100% Amazon-focused, but we're expanding to Shopify (80% Amazon / 15% Shopify / 5% eBay soon).

???? WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Monitor and maintain account health across all Amazon marketplaces
• Identify and remove hijackers, unauthorized sellers, and duplicate listings
• Manage Brand Registry cases for IP violations and counterfeit issues
• Audit and optimize product content (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, A+ content)
• Conduct keyword research and support PPC campaign optimization
• Track key metrics: Buy Box %, ODR, TACOS, organic ranking, hijacker count, content quality
• Handle listing suppressions, compliance issues, and stranded inventory
• Manage FBA reimbursements, fee disputes, and remeasurement claims
• Set up deals, promotions, and advertising campaigns
• Document everything in Notion/Google Sheets and contribute to SOP development
• Report directly to the founder with weekly updates

? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

**Must-Have:**
• 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience (operations-focused)
• Strong expertise in Brand Registry and brand protection
• Proven track record with listing optimization and content improvement
• Proficient with Amazon tools (Brand Registry, FBA, advertising platform)
• Experience with Helium 10, Keepa, Sellerboard, or similar tools
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments

**Nice-to-Have:**
• Experience in toys, games, collectibles, or similar categories
• Shopify or eBay Seller Hub experience
• PPC campaign management experience

???? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

**Base Salary:** 35,000 PHP/month + Generous Performance Bonuses

**Bonus Metrics:**
• Reducing hijacker count across all listings
• Improving TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales)
• Improving PPC campaign performance and ROAS
• Content optimization impact on conversion rates
• Organic ranking improvements
• Account health maintenance (ODR, late shipment rate, etc.)
• Buy Box win rate improvements

• **Location:** Remote (Philippines only)
• **Hours:** Full-time, 40 hours/week
• **Schedule:** UK working hours (9am-5pm GMT)
• **Start Date:** Late January 2026
