Product Lister (Shopify & Poky) – Men’s & Women’s Footwear

About Us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company in the footwear and health niche, fully focused on dropshipping. Our catalog is expanding quickly and we are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Product Lister to help us maintain a clean, consistent and professional product catalog. With our clear SOPs (manuals), you’ll always know exactly what needs to be done. Your role is to make sure every listing meets our quality standards.

What You’ll Do
• Import new products into Shopify using Poky and AI-tools (such as ChatGPT and Gemini).
• Write, check, and upload product titles, descriptions and Meta-fields.
• Select, edit and search for product images where necessary.
• Organize products into the correct collections and categories.
• Double-check everything to ensure listings follow our SOPs and quality standards.
• Track your progress in Google Sheets and communicate updates through Slack.

Who We’re Looking For
• Experience with Shopify (must).
• Experience with Poky is a plus but not required.
• Strong written English skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, spread across 6 days.
• You are independent, but know when to ask questions or check in with the team. We are here to support you.

Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Canva or other simple photo-editing tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini for product optimization.
• Comfortable with tools like Notion and Slack.

5. Practical assignment: Choose any fashion item and create a product listing (title, description and images). Make sure it looks clean and professional so we can assess your eye for detail and presentation skills. The title and description can be made in English.
