Client Success & Operations Assistant (US Cleaning Company)

We are hiring a long term Operations Assistant for Maid Wisely, a fast growing residential cleaning company based in Philadelphia. This is a people focused role. You must enjoy talking to people, be confident in English, and communicate clearly through chat and short calls. This opportunity is huge if you are an individual who wants to grow personally. Your daily work will focus on:
• Recruiting and onboarding new cleaners using our SOPs
• Messaging cleaners about upcoming jobs, schedules, and arrival confirmations
• Messaging clients about appointment confirmations, ETAs, and post cleaning feedback
• Tracking all job activity inside Google Sheets
• Updating cleaner reliability scores
• Include a color in the subject of your email application to prove you read this part
• Managing basic social media posting to increase visibility
• Following detailed SOPs to ensure every job runs smoothly from start to finish

Training, scripts, and step by step instructions are provided for everything.

This role requires:
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Friendly, warm communication style
• Strong Google Sheets ability
• Reliable internet and consistent attendance
• Ability to follow systems and processes
• Comfort talking to people daily
• Desire for long term stability and growth

Growth path:
• Start Part Time at $400 per month 07:00 AM EST to 12:00 AM EST
• Promote to Full Time Operation Manager at $800 per month based on performance
• After 36 months of continuous employment, you earn 5 percent equity payout when the company is sold
• Bonus opportunities for high performance and growth
