YOUR MISSION: The Full Content Lifecycle
You won't just schedule posts; you'll be the architect and executor of our brand's conversation.

-LinkedIn & Social Strategy: Create and post compelling content (founder insights, industry trends, product stories) that sparks real discussion. You own the feed.
-Authentic Community Builder: Dive into founder/startup spaces on Reddit (r/startups, r/recruiting) and Slack groups. Engage genuinely, share insights, and turn conversations into content.
-Content & Copywriting: Develop the content calendar, write sharp social copy, and repurpose thought leadership into digestible threads and updates.
-Marketing Experimentation: Test new formats, analyze what hits (and what doesn't), and build repeatable processes for massive reach and engagement. Data will be your guide.
-Brand Voice: Refine Alloyed's mission and ensure a consistent, authentic voice across all channels (social, email, case studies).
