Job Overview:

We are looking for a committed and proactive Facebook Page Manager to take charge of our page activity and help build a lively, engaging, and positive online community. This role involves consistent posting, interacting with followers, and ensuring all content matches our brand’s voice and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Publish three pre-planned posts each day (for example: 10 AM, 1 PM, 4 PM)
- Reply to comments and messages quickly to boost interaction
- Keep the page updated with relevant, on-brand content
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive tone at all times
- Follow existing workflows and consistently meet daily targets

Mandatory Skills:
- Highly reliable, self-driven, and responsible
- Quick to learn new tools, systems, and processes
- Strong written communication and excellent attention to detail
- Solid time-management and organizational abilities
- Good working knowledge of Facebook tools, features, and page management functions

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience managing Facebook pages or other social platforms
- Basic ability to write captions and create engaging posts
- Creative mindset with an understanding of audience engagement and behavior
