NOW HIRING: Klaviyo Email Designers with Figma Expertise (Remote) – Direct Hire, Not Under Agency (INTERVIEW ASAP)

We are looking for highly creative, detail-oriented Email Designers who specialize in Figma to join our fast-growing eCommerce team. You will be responsible for designing high-converting email campaigns, flows, and branded visual assets

Key Responsibilities:

- Design branded email layouts, templates, and graphics using Figma
- Create visuals, illustrations, and components optimized for email design
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve engagement and conversions
- Ensure responsive formatting for both mobile and desktop
- Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all email content

Qualifications:

- Proven experience designing emails
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience working with Klaviyo email template builder is an edge
- Excellent eye for layout, typography, spacing, and color theory
- Experience with eCommerce or DTC brands is a plus
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
