Remote Account Manager – Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

Pay: Starts at $4 per hr (during probation period)
Raised to $5/hr. after 90 days (Non-Negotiable)

Compensation Includes:

Competitive base pay + performance-based bonuses

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Remote Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, customer service, inside sales, and task management. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, support daily operations, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service

Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns

Respond promptly to all inbound leads

Perform inside sales and pipeline follow-up

Manage social media pages and engagement

Edit short-form social media videos for the company

Prepare and organize daily/weekly/monthly reports

Track and monitor company supply inventory

Perform data entry tasks accurately

Review cleaner notes and communicate any property issues to clients

Process all incoming service requests

Solicit positive online reviews from satisfied customers

Create marketing materials (flyers, postcards, promotional graphics)

Assist the General Manager with additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned

Microsoft Word

Google Forms & Google Workspace tools

Strong written and verbal communication

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Clear and confident phone communication

Fast response times (goal: under 5 minutes)

Strong organizational skills and a goal-driven mindset

Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently

Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
