Insurance Virtual Assistant with EZLynx Experience Quoting Auto and Home Insurance

Job Description:
Join our insurance agency as a full-time Virtual Assistant and become a vital part of our daily workflow. You’ll be responsible for processing policy changes and performing daily audits to ensure 100% accuracy. Working Hours & Compensation:
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
• Pay: $800 - $1,400+ per month (approx. $5.00 - $8.00+/hour), depending on your level of experience with EZLynx and the carriers we work with (Progressive, Safeco, Liberty Mutual, Geico, Hanover/Citizens, Nationwide, Universal, American Modern, The Hartford, Travelers, and more). Pay may be higher if you have experience with commercial insurance, specifically filling out ACORD forms, supplemental applications and/or quoting online.

Core Responsibilities:
• Inbox & Admin: Manage agency emails, process daily policy changes (vehicles, mortgagees, etc.), and monitor your calendar and EZLynx tasks.
• Quality Control: Audit the previous day's EZLynx changes and double-check the work of others for 100% accuracy. Follow up on trailing documents and issue COIs
• Retention & Remarketing: Check the EZLynx Retention Center daily. Remarket clients with high increases.
• Quoting & Client Communication: Communicate directly with customers via email to gather necessary information for quotes. Prepare quotes for new business, remarkets, and cross-selling monoline accounts, and email the completed quotes back to the clients. Check in on open claims and send a brief End-of-Day email summarizing completed tasks.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience using EZLynx is strictly required. (Please do not apply without this).
• Specific Insurance Knowledge: Experience quoting and servicing personal auto and home insurance is strictly required.
• Commercial insurance experience (including ACORD forms and supplemental applications) is a major plus!
• Excellent written English.
• Equipment & Connectivity: You must have your own computer with reliable access to the internet and power (having a backup internet source and backup power supply is highly recommended).
Interview Process (Live Test): If selected for a video interview, you will be given "pretend" customer information and asked to quote their auto and home insurance live in EZLynx. This will allow us to see your familiarity and speed with the system and our carriers.
