Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Closer with strong experience in the industrial, safety, or B2B sector. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, with a strong track record of closing deals, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities within the industrial/safety product market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and corporate buyers.
Present product solutions tailored to clients’ operational and safety needs.
Conduct follow-ups, negotiate pricing, and finalize agreements to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide accurate reporting of activities and results.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience, preferably as a sales closer.
Background in industrial equipment, safety products, PPE, FR workwear, or similar B2B sectors is required.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
