About Us
Effective Goalkeeping trains young goalkeepers weekly in Essex, UK. We use raw training footage to show real development and want to grow our online presence to reach more keepers in 2025/26.

The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing, Social Media & Content Manager who can:
Edit content
Manage our social channels
Run simple marketing campaigns
Help generate leads
Support sales follow-up
You will receive raw videos and images weekly.

Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
Edit longer content when needed
Create graphics and thumbnails (Canva)
Plan and schedule weekly content
Write captions and hashtags
Manage Instagram, Facebook and ----------
Reply to comments and DMs
Track performance and suggest improvements
Organise a weekly list of leads
Arrange sales calls and follow-up messaging

Skills Needed
Strong video editing skills
Experience growing social media pages
Speaks English
Good written English
Confident using Canva
Organised, reliable and proactive
Able to work independently
Bonus: experience with football or sports content.

Hours
15 hours per week
Flexible, remote

Pay
$7.00 per hour / $420 Per Month
