Role Overview
The BDR is responsible for contacting assigned leads, conducting outbound outreach, and setting qualified appointments to support the growth of our HIPAA training platform.

Key Responsibilities
Contact assigned leads via calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments based on a monthly quota.
Maintain accurate lead data in HubSpot CRM.
Build rapport with prospects to support future sales conversations.
Stay familiar with PixelProtocol’s HIPAA training offering.


Qualifications
Experience in sales or business development required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience using HubSpot CRM is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
Understanding of healthcare or HIPAA compliance is a plus but not required.
