JOB OVERVIEW

We are residential cleaning company in the United States looking for a creative, reliable, and organized Part-Time Social Media Manager to help us build our online presence and support our new referral program

We want someone who can create friendly, clean, and professional content that matches our brand personality.

This role is PERFECT for someone who enjoys creating graphics, short videos, and engaging posts using Canva and Instagram/Facebook tools.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and schedule 3–5 social media posts per week
• Design graphics, carousels, and short video reels using Canva
• Create simple before/after cleaning posts using client or cleaner photos
• Post cleaning tips, holiday messages, and friendly educational content
• Promote our referral program through creative posts and captions
• Write clear, friendly captions in English
• Manage both Instagram and Facebook pages
• Upload stories, reels, and weekly content
• Keep content consistent with brand personality
• Track engagement and suggest improvements
• Work closely with the owner for content ideas
• Maintain a monthly posting calendar

REQUIREMENTS
• Strong English writing skills
• Experience managing social media pages (IG + FB)
• Ability to create clean, aesthetic graphics using Canva
• Ability to create simple reels/videos (templates okay)
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and consistent
• Ability to understand brand voice and tone
• Fast communication and ability to follow instructions
• Experience with service-based businesses is a plus
• Experience with cleaning company content is a bonus (not required)

HOURS & COMPENSATION
• Part-time (approx. 10–15 hours per week)
• Flexible working schedule
• Must submit weekly content calendar
• Salary: $200–$350 USD per month depending on experience
• Long-term position — we want someone to grow with our team
