We are Blue Badge Ads - a fast-growing B2B outbound + LinkedIn growth agency working with founder-led companies around the world.

We’re looking for a **detail-oriented, high-performance Outbound Operations & Appointment Setting Assistant** to help run our outbound engine across email + LinkedIn.

This is NOT a short-term VA role.

This is a **full-time, core position** inside our company where you will become the operator behind a powerful outbound system.

**ROLE SUMMARY**

You will manage:

- Outbound campaigns
- Inbox/DM replies
- Lead list uploads
- Appointment scheduling
- Daily reporting
- Deliverability + system health

Your job is to **keep the outbound engine running smoothly every single day** and consistently book qualified meetings for the founder.

We will provide:

- Tools

You bring precision, structure, and reliability.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Run Outbound Campaigns**

- Launch campaigns in Instantly + HeyReach
- Upload and clean CSV lead lists
- Monitor deliverability, warmups, send volumes
- Track safe limits and daily sends
- Maintain clean, organized dashboards

**2. Handle Replies (Email + LinkedIn DMs)**

- Check inboxes 2–3x per day
- Sort replies using our framework (interested, follow-up, not a fit, wrong person, etc.)
- Move qualified leads into next steps
- Update CRM & trackers

**3. Book Appointments**

You will:

- Ask qualification questions
- Follow templates for objections
- Suggest times + secure Calendly slot
- Send reminders for high show rates
- Log all conversations clearly

**4. Daily Reporting**

Create a daily report (we provide template):

- New leads contacted
- Positive replies
- Appointments booked
- Show rates
- Deliverability health
- Issues + notes

**5. Maintain System Health**

- Ensure campaigns never stall
- Flag account issues
- Monitor bounce/complaint rates
- Keep data clean and accurate
- Identify improvements

Experience with:

- Cold email tools
- Appointment setting
- LinkedIn outreach
- CRM/Sheets

We will train you - we care more about consistency + precision.

**WORK SCHEDULE**

- Full-time: **40 hours/week**
- Flexibility with time zone (must be able to work US + EU hours), but must have **2–4 hours overlap** with founder (GMT+8)

**COMPENSATION**

- $600–$900 USD/month depending on experience
- Monthly bonuses for hitting appointment-setting targets
- Annual increases for strong performance
- Room to advance into **Outbound Operations Lead**
