SHOPIFY VA

We are looking for a high-level Shopify Virtual Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is experienced, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with us.

???? Responsibilities

Manage and update our Shopify stores daily

Upload new products (images, descriptions, variants, SEO fields, etc.)

Edit and customize pages inside Shopify (homepage, collections, product pages, etc.)

Install, configure, and manage Shopify apps

Handle basic SEO tasks (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, keywords)


Email marketing setup using tools like Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segments)

Check store performance and troubleshoot issues

Assist with customer experience improvements

Support with general admin tasks related to e-commerce

???? Requirements

Strong experience working with Shopify (a MUST)

Able to customize themes and edit store settings

Experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo or similar)

Good understanding of SEO basics for Shopify

Knowledge of common Shopify apps (reviews, upsells, tracking, subscription, etc.)

Excellent English communication

Fast learner, reliable, and highly organized

Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

1 hour per day to start

More hours will be added as we open more stores

Long-term position for the right person

Up to $4 USD per hour
