Low-Code MVP Builder (Codespring/Bubble/FlutterFlow) – Workflow-Based SaaS Platform

We are building the Lite MVP version of a workflow-based SaaS platform using low-code tools (Codespring, Bubble, FlutterFlow, or similar).

This role is NOT a full-stack engineer position.
This is a builder role — someone who can assemble structured workflows, simple databases, clean UI screens, and role-based permissions inside a low-code environment following a detailed blueprint.

You will be responsible for building a sequence of simple modules (meeting upload ? analysis ? follow-through ? reward) using placeholder logic, basic tables, and modular workflows.

We already have the full architecture, blueprint, and prompts prepared.
We are looking for a builder who can execute fast, follow instructions exactly, and keep things simple.

Responsibilities

Build low-code workflows (upload ? analyze ? summary ? reward trigger)
Create simple tables & CRUD operations
Build UI screens using low-code tools
Implement basic role/permission logic
Use placeholder prompts (no real AI modeling needed)
Set up basic activity logs and dashboard tiles
Follow a detailed specification step-by-step
Communicate progress clearly and regularly
Work within strict scope (no over-engineering)

Required Skills

Experience with low-code or hybrid platforms (Codespring, Bubble, FlutterFlow, Base44, Lovable, etc.)

Workflow or automation experience (Zapier, ---------- , n8n, etc.)

Ability to read and follow structured specifications

Strong English communication

Understanding of relational data (simple tables)

Experience working with APIs (basic level)

Detail-oriented and consistent

Can work independently with fast turnaround

Preferred (Not required)

Codespring experience

Familiarity with prompt-based workflows

Experience building dashboards or tracking systems

Experience with role-based access logic

Hours & Compensation

30–40 hours per week

Long-term potential after MVP

$5–$9 per hour (depending on experience)

Paid weekly

Timezone
Must overlap 3–4 hours with EST (-5) for collaboration.
