We are a Dubai-based holiday home company hiring an experienced Virtual Assistant to manage guest communication, daily operations, and coordination with cleaning/maintenance teams.

REQUIREMENT:
We are looking for a Skilled Short-Term Rental VA with proven Dubai ---------- experience.
Dubai STR VA experience (mandatory)
Excellent English
Familiar with ---------- /PMS tools
Familiar with UAE Market
Reliable, detail-oriented
Stable internet + backup

COMPENSATION
Fixed salary
2-month probation with potential salary increase

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily report
Guest registration + DET
Guest communication & calls
Claim filing & tracking
Upselling
HostNote updates
Review follow-ups
Cleaning tracker updates
Send cleaning schedules
End-of-shift report (EOS)
