???? JOB OFFER — OUTBOUND VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (VA)
AbbzFit Online Coaching

We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to join AbbzFit Online Coaching as our Outbound Virtual Assistant.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, organised, fast-learning, and eager to contribute to lead generation, admin support, and basic content creation for our social platforms.

???? POSITION SUMMARY

You will work as part of our lead generation team to help grow our community of clients through Instagram outreach and DM qualification. Alongside messaging, you will also support general administration tasks and assist with Canva-based content creation where required.

You will engage warm and pre-nurtured leads using scripts and frameworks we provide, as well as re-engage previous prospects already in our CRM.

Fitness knowledge is not essential — the main focus is communication, consistency, and task execution.

???? ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will:

? Send daily Instagram outreach messages to new prospects
? Re-engage warm/old leads using follow-up scripts
? Manage 2–3 message conversations to qualify leads
? Track and report lead data daily
? Create simple Instagram social templates using Canva
? Assist with admin tasks such as CRM updates, data entry, calendar organisation etc.
? Communicate professionally and respond promptly within working hours
? Show initiative and problem-solving skills

???? WORK SCHEDULE

6 days per week — 5 hours per day
(Split into: 3 hour block + 2 hour block, with short breaks in between.)

Preference is given to applicants available during US & UK active hours.

???? MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
???? Lead Generation

300 Instagram outreach messages per day

Engage prospects through follows, likes, story interactions, comments etc.

Re-open conversations with old leads and nurture them to call booking

???? Follow-Ups & Nurture

Send extended nurture scripts when needed

Warm leads ahead of scheduled sales calls

Confirm calls & follow-up no-shows

???? Admin Support

Lead tracking in sheets

CRM updates (GoHighLevel)

Calendar management

Organisation of simple reporting documents

???? Simple Canva Content Creation

Create basic social media assets when requested

Template formatting, carousel posts, DM graphics, reels headers etc.
(Training will be provided)

TIME-OFF POLICY

Unexpected absences should be communicated ASAP

Reliability & consistency are essential for this role

PROBATION PERIOD

First 14 days are probationary.
You will be trained and assessed — consistency, learning ability & communication will be the d ---------- factors.

DAILY REPORT

You must submit a daily update in Slack summarising:

Outreach volume completed

Follow-ups sent

Lead responses

Tasks completed

This keeps the team aligned and accountable to targets.
