About the Role
We’re hiring a Media Buyer who’s obsessed with performance. You’ll manage ad budgets, launch campaigns, and optimize results across key platforms. If you’re data-driven, creative-friendly, and constantly testing new angles, you’ll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Monitor daily performance and optimize based on ROI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CAC
Build and refine audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies
Collaborate with copywriters and designers for ad creative development
Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events properly
Run structured A, B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and offers
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices
Requirements
1 to 3+ years experience in media buying or performance marketing
Hands-on experience managing paid ads with measurable results
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data dashboards
Knowledge of funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution
Self-starter who can manage budgets responsibly
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience with high-budget scaling
E-commerce or lead gen background
Familiarity with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, Hyros, or Shopify
Creative strategy understanding, not just campaign setup
Agency experience managing multiple accounts
