Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

About the Role

I am looking for a motivated and confident cold caller to help set appointments with businesses from a provided list. Your main task will be to call businesses, follow a general script/guide, and successfully book appointments for a full demo site walkthrough. Need the willingness to work any hours of your choosing between 11pm-5am Philippines Time (PHT) because the business you'll be speaking to are in America.

Responsibilities:
- Call businesses from the provided list of numbers.
- Follow the supplied script/guide to introduce the service.
- Aim to schedule appointments for a demo site presentation.
- Take accurate notes and track all calls, outcomes, and booked appointments.
- Communicate daily progress and results.
- Record all cold calls (using your phone system, dialer software, or recording tool) and provide recordings for quality and training purposes.
- 11pm-5pm Philippines Time (PHT)

Requirements:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is preferred.
Clear and confident speaking voice.
Ability to handle rejection professionally.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to record all calls and share recordings when requested.
Reliable phone/internet connection.

Must be organized and consistent with follow-ups.
- Compensation
- Base hourly rate (or commission-only, depending on your preference).
- $20 bonus for every scheduled appointment that results in a closed client.
