YOLO TV is a fast-growing company specializing in premium indoor and outdoor entertainment solutions. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage financial operations and maintain accurate accounting records.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping records in Zoho Books and Zoho Expense
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements with 100?curacy
Handle month-end closing, generate financial reports, and assist with audits
Track and document expenses, including handling missing receipts or unclear transactions
Manage U.S.-based bookkeeping requirements including sales tax, payroll basics, and 1099 reporting
Prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently
Assist with process improvement and SOP creation
Qualifications:
Proven bookkeeping experience, especially for U.S.-based companies
Strong knowledge of Zoho Books and Zoho Expense
Familiarity with U.S. sales tax, payroll basics, and 1099s
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain 100?curate reconciliations
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience in billing, collections, and financial reporting
Knowledge of accounting best practices and SOP documentation
Experience in startup or small business environments
