I’m looking for a long-term Personal Digital Outreach Assistant who can support me in managing parts of my online dating presence. I run a fast-growing company and have limited time for the early steps of dating, so I’m looking for someone who can professionally assist with:
Main Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and selecting compatible matches on Tinder/Bumble based on my preferences
• Initiating friendly, respectful, and natural first conversations
• Filtering matches to identify those who genuinely align with my values
• Warming up conversations until they are ready for me to take over
• Maintaining an authentic tone that feels like “me”
• Weekly reporting of matches, conversations, and results
• Target: 2–4 quality date conversions per month
This role is similar to lead qualification or inbox/outreach management—just in a personal context. It requires good judgment, empathy, and excellent communication.
Requirements:
• Excellent written English
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to learn my tone-of-voice quickly
• Background in outreach, customer communication, or VA work is a big plus
• High reliability and discretion (strict confidentiality required)
• Ability to work independently and follow guidelines
