JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media

Handle order-related issues: tracking updates, delivery concerns, returns, and exchanges

Provide friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented support

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Coordinate with suppliers about orders, delays, or product issues

Identify recurring problems and propose improvements

Represent our brand with professionalism and positivity



Requirements:

Excellent written English communication skills

Previous experience in customer service (e-commerce preferred)

Familiarity with Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar tools is a plus

Ability to multitask and work independently

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude



Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience in fashion retail or dropshipping

Knowledge of order tracking systems and fulfillment processes

Multilingual abilities (not required)
