We’re an education company helping creative professionals level up their careers. We’re looking for an interim paid media specialist based in the Philippines who has scaled B2C info / course offers, built funnels, and set up tracking end?to?end.
If you haven’t personally managed at least $10k–$20k/month in ad spend and can’t walk through your numbers, this is not for you.
About the role
- This is a hands?on, interim role (contract). You’ll own our paid media engine from strategy through execution:
- Launch and manage paid campaigns (starting with Meta / YouTube / Google; we’ll layer LinkedIn later).
- Drive traffic into our webinar ? application ? sales call funnel.
- Set up or fix tracking and attribution so we know which ads create closed deals, not just leads.
- We’re expecting 15–30 hours per week for 2–6 months, with potential to extend if we work well together.
What you’ll do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns for B2C info/coaching offers on LinedIn Ads
- Build and improve funnels: ad ? landing page ? webinar/VSL ? application ? call
- Set up and maintain tracking:
UTMs and naming conventions
Pixels/tags in GTM/GA4
Events like webinar_reg, call_booked, call_show, closed_won
- Work with our CRM (GoHighLevel) to:
Capture UTMs and click data
Tie leads and deals back to campaigns
- Report weekly on:
CPC, CTR, CPL, cost per booked call, cost per show, CPA, ROAS
What you tested, what worked, what you’re doing next
Suggest experiments on creative, audiences, and funnel steps to lower CAC and increase volume
Must?have experience (non?negotiable)
Please do not apply unless all of these are true:
- Based in the Philippines and comfortable working [US time overlap, e.g. 4–5 hours overlap with PST/EST]
- 3+ years running B2C info / course / coaching campaigns (not just local businesses or pure ecom)
- You have personally managed $10k–$20k+ per month in ad spend on Linkedin, Meta, YouTube, or Google.
- You’ve built funnels, not just “run ads” (landing pages, opt?in, webinar/VSL, application, call).
- You can explain from memory:
CPC, CTR, opt?in rate, CPL, cost per call, CPA, ROAS for at least one campaign you ran
- You’ve set up tracking: UTMs, Pixels / GA4 events, Basic CRM integration (HubSpot / GoHighLevel / similar)
- You don’t need prior LinkedIn Ads experience, but you must be confident you can ramp on it quickly if you’ve already run other social platforms at scale.
Nice?to?have
- Experience with GoHighLevel
- Experience with webinar funnels specifically
- Basic skills in landing page builders, WordPress, or similar
- Familiarity with offline conversions back into Meta/Google/LinkedIn
Engagement & compensation
Type: Interim contractor / freelancer
Hours: 15-30 hrs/week]
Rate: $10–$15 USD per hour, depending on experience
Bonus potential for hitting specific CAC / ROAS targets
