About the Role

We are building a high-performance digital media and marketing team and are looking for a Multichannel Team Specialist who can work across multiple projects and brands. This is a diverse role that touches everything from content creation to website building, AI automation, Go High Level development, and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate is a Swiss-army-knife operator—someone who can manage tasks across different workflows, adapt quickly, and support our growing ecosystem of projects.

This is NOT a single-task VA role.
You will work on:

Content ecosystems for books, YouTube, and social channels

AI-powered marketing and lead generation frameworks

Go High Level funnels, automations, and website builds

Video editing (shorts + faceless long-form)

Website creation and optimization

SOP development and workflow documentation

Research & competitive analysis

Community, branding, and engagement tasks

???? Content Production & Editing

Assist in creating YouTube scripts, shorts, reels, and faceless videos

Edit short-form and long-form videos using templates, stock footage, and AI voiceovers

Design social media graphics, thumbnails, and carousels

Convert workbook exercises into content pieces

Brainstorm new content ideas that align with branding

???? Website Development & Optimization

(No construction/Burris Builders sites included)

Build and edit pages inside Go High Level

Develop and optimize lead capture funnels

Support SEO basics: keyword integration, page layout, CTA placement

Assist with projects built on platforms like:

Troubleshoot website issues and ensure clean UI/UX

Build snapshots, funnels, forms, and pipelines

Create automation workflows (email, SMS, triggers)

Manage CRM tasks, tagging, segmenting, and follow-up sequences

Set up calendars, appointment workflows, and user access

Ensure system accuracy and test all automations before launch

???? Team Development & Workflow Support

Work directly with team leads and project managers

Collaborate on task creation, deadlines, and project coordination

Provide support to VAs when they need guidance

Document processes, create SOPs, and improve operational efficiency

Help onboard new tea ---------- mbers into existing workflows

???? Research, Organization & Strategy Support

Conduct competitor research for AI, marketing, and industry trends

Support manufactured publicity-style content creation

Assist in building email campaigns, workflows, and press-style articles

Help prepare CSV imports for Asana, GHL, social schedulers, and directories

Organize assets inside Google Drive and keep everything production-ready

???? Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong working knowledge of:

???? Technical Skills

Go High Level (funnels, sites, workflows, automations)

Basic to intermediate video editing

Canva or similar design tools

Familiarity with website builders (Go High Level, WordPress, ---------- v, etc.)

Script writing or content repurposing (bonus)

Understanding of social media formats and posting standards

Ability to learn AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) fast

Excellent communication and English writing

Strong attention to detail and task execution

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Experience with team collaboration and taking direction

Comfortable following SOPs and helping create new ones

Creative problem-solving and self-management skills

$75/week base pay
