Wordpress website management / SEO skillset

Hi, keeping it short per instructions, at the least trying to take our website that looks like this: merollawellness and add the parts that make it work like this company's examples of websites: inception-chiropractic-websites. We also would like to get be able to blog and easily post to the various multiple social media outlets at the same time, also set up back links / SEO optimize. Thanks.
