Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The role includes (but is not limited to):
Guest Communication
-Handling inbound calls (Guests, OTAs, Housekeeping, Maintenance)
-Making outbound calls (follow-ups, resolutions, confirmations)
-Messaging guests via Airbnb, ---------- , WhatsApp Business, Text & Email
-Managing enquiries & responding quickly with high-quality communication

Admin & Operations
-Email inbox management (zero-inbox rule)
-Creating simple documents, spreadsheets, reports & presentations
-Updating reservations, calendars & notes in Uplisting
-Assigning cleaners & maintenance tasks
-Monitoring guest feedback & reviewing post-stay comments
-Following SOPs and checklists accurately

Team Collaboration
-Strong written & verbal communication with the team
-Communicating efficiently via Slack
-Following up on tasks and completing them on time
-Using initiative without needing micromanagement

What We’re Looking For
-Must-Have Skills
-Previous Customer Service experience
-Excellent English (spoken + written)
-Confident speaking with UK guests
-Quick learner & proactive problem solver
-Trustworthy, consistent & reliable
-Independent worker but also a team player
-Strong attention to detail
-Comfortable with technology & learning new systems
-Microsoft Excel, word, Google sheets

Preferable (Bonus) Skills
-Experience as a VA
-Hospitality experience

Familiarity with:

Technical Requirements (IMPORTANT)
