Sales Staff

Duties:

Greet and assist customers and provide product information.
Promote and sell motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories.
Process cash and credit payments accurately.
Maintain an updated knowledge of motorcycle models, features, and promotions.
Prepare and update sales invoices, receipts, and records.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service support.
Assist in monthly inventory and stock monitoring.
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to team goal

Qualifications:

College level; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
With sales experience (experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry is preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented and goal-driven.
Knowledgeable in basic computer applications (MS Office).
