JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Migration Agent Assistant based in the Philippines to
support our Registered Migration Agents in Australia. This role is focused on
documentation, case preparation, and client coordination. No migration advice will be
given by this role – you will work under the guidance and supervision of the Registered
Migration Agent (RMA).

Key Responsibilities
• Book and coordinate appointments with clients; manage agents’ calendars.
• Respond to client enquiries (phone, email, online) and collect required client
information.
• Liaise with clients to gather visa documents and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Assist the RMA in preparing visa-related documentation (e.g. visa applications, skills
assessments, nomination applications, Expressions of Interest).
• Draft initial versions of Genuine Student (GS) statements, relationship statements, and
supporting submissions based on interviews and instructions from the RMA.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in the firm’s CRM / case management
system.
• Record and document all client interactions clearly and accurately.
• Assist with webinars, seminars, and basic marketing activities as required.

Requirements
• Experience in admin, education and migration support, or similar role is
an advantage.
• Strong English writing skills and high attention to detail (grammar, clarity, and
accuracy).
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with confidential information and following instructions precisely.
• Proficiency with computers, cloud storage, and productivity tools (Word, Excel, PDF,

email
, CRM).
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment at home.
• Willing to work in Australian business hours and occasionally adjust for urgent
deadlines.
• Willingness to learn Australian migration rules and procedures (training and guidance
provided).
