Customer Service Support

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative with experience using ReAmaze.
Your main role will be to assist customers by following our internal response templates and ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate support.

Responsibilities:

Reply to customers on ReAmaze using our templates

Use Deepl and ChatGPT to translate messages (support is in French)

Follow SOPs and maintain high-quality communication

Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally

Report issues or trends to the team

Requirements:

Experience with ReAmaze (mandatory)

Strong written English

Ability to translate accurately using Deepl + ChatGPT

Reliable, detail-oriented, and fast at responding

Able to work full-time

Salary: 300 USD per month + bonus
