Rate: Starting at $6/hr (based on experience)
We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our webinars and audience engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor live webinars and respond to participant questions in real-time.
Guide attendees through the registration and sign-up process.
Support outreach campaigns through FlowChat and other messaging tools.
Follow up with attendees who may need additional guidance after webinars.
Track performance metrics and contribute to achieving KPIs.
Collaborate with the business owner to improve workflows and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced with GoHighLevel or similar webinar/CRM platforms.
Technically adept and able to quickly learn new tools.
Excellent communicator: friendly, professional, and responsive.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Motivated to achieve results and help grow the business.
Sales or customer engagement experience is a plus.
