? What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a talented Content Writer & Digital Content Creator to take our large catalogue of videos, notes, transcripts, articles and program materials and transform them into polished, engaging content across multiple formats.

This role is all about writing, storytelling, copywriting, and content creation with a little light tech and formatting ; uploading to email platforms, organizing digital assets, and keeping content tidy.

If you love turning raw ideas into structured, publish-ready materials that connect and inspire, this role is for you.

??? Responsibilities ???

Content Creation (Main Focus)

- Write clear, engaging content in our brand voice
- Repurpose existing materials into social posts, articles, emails, guides, and scripts
- Turn transcripts, notes, and ideas into polished long-form content
- Create lead magnets, mini ebooks, worksheets, and downloadable PDFs
- Format nonfiction manuscripts for Amazon KDP (optional but helpful)
- Write persuasive copy for opt-ins, landing pages, and simple sales pages
- Apply storytelling and emotional copywriting strategies to all content
- Update Canva templates with written content (creating templates is a bonus)

Publishing & Light Tech Tasks

- Upload and format newsletters and email sequences in Kit (previously Convert Kit)
- Organize content across shared folders, documents, and libraries
- Format documents for readability and clean layout

??? Required Skills ???

- 5+ years of relevant digital content creation, copywriting, or storytelling experience
- Excellent English writing, editing, and copywriting
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice
- Strong content structuring and outlining skills
- Experience writing online content across multiple formats
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently with clear deadlines
- Clear understanding of email marketing, including automations, tagging, segmentation, and sideways sales letters
- Passion for helping people grow through mindset mastery, faith and spirituality, emotional resilience, and clear communication

??? Nice-to-Have Skills ???

- Experience formatting or publishing books on Amazon KDP
- Ability to create or customize Canva templates
- Familiarity with landing pages, especially in Squarespace or Kit

This guide gives high achievers the ultimate competitive advantage by developing emotional resilience and tactful communication skills to positively impact their families, teams, communities, and the world.

Your sales page should:

- Speak directly to ambitious individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or inconsistent
- Use emotional resonance, storytelling, and persuasive copywriting
- Highlight the pain points this audience experiences
- Present the lead magnet as a powerful solution
- Include a clear call to action

This helps us evaluate your writing style, emotional intelligence, and copywriting ability.
