Phone Calling Agent *ISA* (SMOOTH ACCENT)

My name is Alfie! I run a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Australia. We specialise in running Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) for home renovation companies, builders, and contractors. We’re looking for a part-time Phone Calling Agent (ISA – Inside Sales Agent) to handle inbound warm leads generated from our clients campaigns.

Your Role:

- Receive notifications when a new lead submits their info
- Call the lead (within business hours, AEST timezone)
- Ask qualifying questions (job scope, location, timing, goals, etc.)
- Enter the details into a tracking sheet
- Forward the information to our client via WhatsApp
- Use our CRM (GoHighLevel) to manage calls and lead notes
- Assist with small service tasks in GoHighLevel when not calling

What We’re Looking For:

- A clear and confident individual with an English-speaking voice
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Friendly, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Basic sales skills – ability to connect and qualify naturally
- Strong internet, headset, and quiet environment
- Familiarity with "GoHighLevel" CRM is a big plus
- Comfortable working in AEST timezone (Australia)

Wage/Salary - Php 25,000/month (depending on experience & motivation)

Desired Number of Hours per Week - 15 – 25 hours/week - Must be flexible throughout the day.

(AEST daytime preferred: e.g., 10am–4pm Manila time)
