Technical Recruiter / Talent Sourcer (WordPress + Creative + Marketing)

We need a long-term Technical Recruiter / Talent Sourcer for a digital agency.

Your job is to find and filter the right people for our team:

• WordPress developers (GeneratePress + Gutenberg)
• Designers
• Social media creators
• Video editors
• Assistants

Your tasks:

• Post jobs on Upwork, Fiverr, OnlineJobs, LinkedIn
• Write to candidates and request portfolio
• Give test tasks
• Filter candidates based on our checklist
• Reject weak or slow candidates
• Present only 2–3 top candidates per position
• Communicate daily in Asana
• Maintain a database of all candidates
• Help build Ovanap’s long-term team

Requirements:

• Experience with recruiting or talent sourcing
• Fast English communication
• Organized and responsible
• Strong skills in research and filtering
• Ability to evaluate technical roles (training provided)
