Lead Social Media Manager (Remote) - $7.50/hr | Full-time | Day Shift (PHT)

Full-Time | 6–8 hours/day (40 hours per week) | Day Shift (PH) | 1 Day Off Weekly

We’re looking for a Lead Social Media Manager who knows how to run social accounts, guide a team, and create content that actually connects with people. If you’ve been handling multiple brands, leading creatives, and want a stable long-term role, this might be a good fit for you.

Norther is a growing company in the travel, influencer marketing, short-term rental, and healthcare space. We’re active on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts - and we’re ready to bring in someone who can lead our small SMM team.

What you’ll do:
• Lead and support a team of 3 SMMs
• Plan and build content strategies for multiple platforms
• Review and approve content before posting
• Give helpful feedback and keep quality consistent
• Track page performance and share recommendations
• Suggest new ideas based on trends
• Work closely with marketing, design, and the CEO

What we need:
• 5+ years of social media experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership/management role
• Solid understanding of IG, TikTok, FB, Pinterest, and Shorts
• Comfortable planning and reviewing daily content
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace
• Good communication and organisation
• Someone who wants a long-term role and stable work setup
