JOB OVERVIEW

Experienced Personal Assistant and Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and creating social media calendars and creative content, graphic design and copy for several companies. The SMM and VA will be working on branding, video creation and script writing. and all administrative tasks including CRM, calendar and email management, project management and other tasks as assigned. Experience with the following: Canva, Microsoft Office products, Managing CRM (ClickUp), Calendar and Email Management, Content Calendar Creations, Copywriting, Using Ai, Graphic design, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop, Capcut/Adobe Premier pro.
Soft Skills: strong communication skills, attention to detail, creative, efficient, motivated and accurate.
Possible to lead to full time (40hours) in the future.
