Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Newsletter Writer + General VA)

We’re hiring a sharp, fast, context-aware Virtual Assistant to help run and grow a portfolio of local newsletter brands.
This is not a rote admin role. You’ll be writing newsletters, using AI tools daily, and supporting the team with a mix of marketing and operations tasks.
If you move quickly, think clearly, and care about doing great work, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing
Write and publish multiple local newsletters each week using our proven format and AI-assisted workflow.
Use tools like ChatGPT / Gemini to speed up research, summaries, and drafts (we will train you on our exact process).
Support with social media tasks tied to newsletter content.
Handle general VA work as needed: light research, organizing info, simple systems tasks, and assisting the team wherever you can add value.
Improve with feedback — we want someone who learns fast and gets better every week.

Strong English writing skills. Clear, punchy, natural tone.
High context awareness. You “get it” quickly and don’t miss obvious nuances.
Comfortable using AI tools and willing to learn new systems.
Fast execution without sacrificing quality.
Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.
Detail-obsessed. You double-check your work before submitting.
