Tech and Systems Specialist

We are an organization dedicated to women’s transformation, holistic empowerment, personal development, spiritual embodiment, and online education. Our work blends nervous system healing, feminine leadership, digital courses, online rituals, coaching containers, and an agency.

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, detail-oriented Tech and Automation Specialist to support our backend operations, systems setup, and digital platform management.

This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, eager to learn deeply, and excited to take ownership of the tools that keep our programs, content, launches, and operations flowing effortlessly.

What You’ll Be Handling:

You will be our in-house tech partner, responsible for setting up, optimizing, and maintaining the digital platforms that support our educational programs, online rituals, content workflows, coaching systems, agency, and community experience.

You will work with tools such as:

Go High Level (funnels, workflows, websites, pipelines, automations)

Notion (dashboards, content systems, project management, templates)

Airtable

SamCart

CreatorU and Typeset

Blaze.ai

Submagic and Castmagic

New tools as needed


Your Responsibilities:

Build and optimize full funnels and automation systems in Go High Level

Set up websites, pipelines, forms, and client flows

Create structured dashboards, templates, and content pipelines inside Notion

Organize and maintain clean, accurate databases in Airtable

Set up digital products, bundles, upsells, and sales flows in SamCart

Support course building and content structuring in CreatorU and Typeset

Utilize Blaze.ai, Submagic, and Castmagic to support content production

Troubleshoot tech issues and maintain smooth operational flow

Ensure integration between platforms works seamlessly

Bring proactive solutions, ideas, and improvements

Learn and master new tools deeply and thoroughly

Maintain structure, clarity, and organization across all systems

Support launches, content weeks, and product releases with strong backend management

You will essentially take the tech workload off the team’s plate and become the central point for all digital systems and setup.


What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience with Go High Level

Skilled in Notion, Airtable, or similar systems

Excellent English communication

Fast learner capable of mastering tools inside and out

Extremely organized, structured, and detail-oriented

Proactive initiator who doesn’t wait to be told what to do

Solution-oriented and resourceful

Able to work independently with a sense of ownership

Comfortable supporting a company centered on women’s empowerment and personal transformation

Long-term commitment
